HAF Petition: Feeding Britain, as a convening member of the HAF Alliance, are circulating a petition to urge the Government to extend the HAF programme of meals and activities during the school holidays, in England, through to the next general election. Funding for the programme has not yet been confirmed beyond 2025 and, given the profound impact of the programme, we are calling for commitment beyond this year.
Please do sign the petition yourself and we are asking our network to circulate it, particularly amongst HAF co-ordinators, holiday club staff and volunteers, and parents/carers, to ensure it gets as many signatures as possible from those who understand the importance of the programme. We will be accepting signatures until Friday 5th September.
